DA Fall Sports Information
We are excited to offer students the opportunity to compete in Denver Academy (DA) athletic teams again this fall. DA will have specific COVID-19 policies in place for the start of Fall Sports. These policies are subject to change as we intend to continue following the guidance set out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE). Please be aware that we will adjust our policies as needed in order to keep our athletes and the entire DA community safe and healthy. Here are our policies for the kick-off of DA Fall Sports:
- All athletes must have a current physical on file with the DA Athletic Office clearing them to play sports.
- All athletes and parents must sign an Athletic Code of Conduct at your sport-specific meeting. The coaches will communicate this information with team parents.
- We will allow and encourage students to play more than one sport, as long as they are committed for the entire season. The coaches will work with you to customize practice schedules.
- Masks will not be required for all OUTDOOR sports, at least to start the season.
- Masks WILL be required for all indoor sports.
Middle School Fall Sports will begin after school starts with more information provided during the first week of school. Our DA High School Fall Sports teams have practices starting in August. Please click the links below for more information from coaches of each sport:
