DA Athletic Director/Coach Mark Bender will be coaching High School Co-ed Cross Country in 2021-22. Here’s a note from Coach Bender:

I hope everyone has had an amazing summer!  I am excited about the cross country season again. Cross Country is open to all male and female athletes and is offered during SEC. If you have an SEC academic class, no worries, we will make it work! Practices will end at 3:45 pm. Whether you are an experienced runner or new to the sport, we would love to have you join the team.
