Elementary After-school Programs for Elementary/6th Grade

Denver Academy provides several after-school opportunities for students in the Elementary (Grades 2-5) and 6th Grade divisions that provide structure and enrichment. Fees for these activities are not included in tuition.

Elementary and sixth grade students can participate in Denver Academy's Homework Club to help them complete their homework and improve their study skills. Also offered is the after-school Elementary (Grades 2-5) Creative Arts & Movement Program (C.A.M.P.), to promote physical fitness, nurture creativity, and offer educational opportunities outside of regular school hours. Read more about these two offerings below.

Sixth-grade students have the opportunity to participate in after-school clubs and/or the 6th Grade Athletics Program. Find out more about after-school clubs available here. Read more about the 6th Grade Athletics Program below.

Elementary After-school C.A.M.P. (Grades 2-5)

DA's elementary after-school C.A.M.P. (Creative Arts & Movement Program) is for all DA Elementary School (Grades 2-5) students. This program builds upon our classroom model of integrating activities for our students and providing them with a well-rounded experience of sports, creative activities, and excursions. It aims to promote physical fitness, nurture creativity, and offer educational opportunities outside of regular school hours. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to build friendships, gain skills around teamwork, or get some energy out at the end of the day!

C.A.M.P. takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.* and is offered throughout the school year when school is in session.
